Short Diagnostic Report

This diagnostic report provides the same level of diagnostic tests as the Full Diagnostic Assessment Report however it is reported in a summary format.

The report will include:

• a summary of underlying abilities, attainments and cognitive processing skills
• description of any other significant strengths and weaknesses, if appropriate
• report on all assessment information with essential recommendations for supporting the individual in the future.
